Dwight and Heather coordinate Community Health Evangelism, a program that integrates evangelism and discipleship with disease prevention and community-based development. Their responsibilities include facilitating CHE training and post-training follow-up, while also using CHE principles to facilitate community development. Their goals are to equip believers in Christ-centered health and development ministries and assist them in planting new churches with a heart of compassion for their communities.

Previous Ministry: McConnells served in Namibia and South Africa since 1984. They pioneered the Assemblies of God work in Namibia and were instrumental in planting churches, starting Namibia School of Theology and Highlands Christian School.
